Bengaluru has old system of Bus stand in central part. If you see KSRTC buses which are running from different town for Bengaluru waste their lot of time approx 3-4 hours in traffic jam to travel from outer area of Bengaluru to bus stand. They need to shift bus stand in north south east west seperately near STRR road like near hoskote for bus going in east direction, Yelahanka for bus going in north direction, kengeri for bus going mysuru direction south-west direction, Anekal for bus going south east direction. They need to construct new bus stand integrated with railway station and metro so public coming from outer part can deboard from bus to Suburban train & metro and commute fast traffic free. Existing infrastructure is all buses come to central part of Bengaluru which is creating huge line of buses every day in central part of Bengaluru as traffic jam

@@tjs1225 they have taken signs from lands of people back in 2018 itself and blocked the lands for any further registration but they have not settled the money yet. So Acquisition can be said completed only when the money is given to people right?

What Bangalore city really requires is hassle free fast moving East West (Hoskote to Nelamangala) and north south (connecting Airport to Hosur) corridors(probably elevated expressway) with intermediate entry and exit and also connecting present ORR outer ring roads and also upcoming STRRs and Chennai express way. This will fecilitate fast in and exit out of city. Unless this is done the traffic woes of city will continue raise exponentially in the coming years. STRRs may be good for goods carriers. However, a person travelling in a car from Hoskote to Tumkur may not like to take STRR as it will be quite round about and involve more distance, time and cost interms of precious fuel. In light of this the above suggested points need to be considered.

Hopefully, they will have PRR (on east arc) completed on time, which will complement the NICE (on west arc). They also need 2 other road alternatives with high carrying capacity - need to upgrade ORR or impost ban on heavy vehicles to make it bearable and also a network of elevated freeways with no signals, running from Hebbal to Hudson Circle and from OMR to Minsk Square. Plus Metro extensions along Old Airport Rd, Varthur to Sarjapur stretch. And ensure 100-150 mtr wide main roads/ highways in North of city which is still expanding so it doesn't become another mess.

IMO there should be more roads connecting hubs . Like e-city to whitefield, Whitefield to Yelahanka.. Parallel / alternative routes to and fro Sarjapur Rd, Old Airport Rd etc ..

Oh no,I lived in Dodballapur for BTech in Gitam university,Dodballapur to Devanahalli Road. Now I got to know why our road construction was happening from 2012 but that was very very very slow. Now our will be on This Ringroad.

It's time to learn lessons from past when the inner and outer ring road was constructed we all thought traffic will come down but it didn't happen why because all along the roads business shops office got constructed now the same should not happen only if all along the road surroundings within 500 mtrs are not allowed for sale of plots if this is not done then the same will repeat again

Hello again, your explanation was clear and as per the strr documents which i read in 2018 for phase III . But after that, i have been seeing that phase III starts from belagondapalli and ends in devarapalli in few articles nowadays,. Just incase you have something to clarify on that part please (peddamadhagondapalli or belagondapalli) where it starts.

Whwtheer peripheral ring road and STRR is required at this junctire. Peripheral ring road become redundent and they can divert all the f funds meant for peripheral ring road . Both the roads pn single google map

Shame on Karnataka gov. for not developing outer ring road for such a massive city. They still making it 4 lane in some sections, cities with such huge metropolitan area must have 8 lane wide inner and outer ring road for free flow of traffic from outside of city that's why Bengaluru has the slowest traffic movement in the world. Cities like Hyderabad started developing it's outer ring road in 2005 and was able to complete this project by 2018 that's why companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google opted Hyderabad instead of Bengaluru.
