FACT: Siddaramaiah has been 13 times as financial minister since 1994 till 2018. 5 times as CM. Out of 28+ years for peripheral ring road, he has presented 12 budget, but didn't release budget to PRR. He presented so many budget didn't release budget to NEW BANGALORE CITY. He didn't release good package for Bengaluru development as well even being In 5years of CM. Many more hidden Mastermind conspiracies on his financial dealings and Unethical businesses have not been exposed 😳.

Bengaluru cost of living is growing exponentially. Look at the Some Metro Cities like Hyderabad n DELHI n Other Metro cities Road INFRASTRUCTURE n quality of road which are amazing 👏. 1. Bangalore's only VIP ROADS are the best. I.e 8Kms radius of Vidhana soudha. Main road are bad roads and all other road are worst roads. . These Best Roads are to Show off as advertisements. An advertisement roads to the whole world 🌎. Shameless Congress businesses. All other road infrastructure is Worst of Worst. 2. Bengaluru's 60+ percent of Roads still Worst roads 3. All the villages within Bangalore metropolitan city are worst of worst. Roads most are only MUD roads. 4. Bengaluru has HIGHEST no of "One way roads" in India. Is this development n growth. 5. Bengaluru Roads infrastructure has very less Bridges n Cross road Bridges. There are very less rail over Bridges. 6. Bengaluru Roads infrastructure has manifested isolated area. Road connectivity is very less and lack of interconnectivity of roads to ring road. 6. sir one acre is 12 to 15 cr price near prr that the market price let govt sell additional FSI or TDR when per sft of of site cost 50% after road cost goes up to7000/ sft So additional tdr or FSI can charge 2000/ sft but strict action should take who build or use illegal FSI now plan approval people and councilors etc take bribe and allow to build illegally that is the main problem 70% site use illegal FSI
