What is the deadline of all these projects ?

Im a Bangalorean from 35 years and its gone from being beautiful and calm to noisy and polluted , never ending pothole story , increased garbage, destruction of trees for roads and the only thing these projects do is benefit contractors who use substandard materials and want them to break down the very next year. Sir M Visvesvaraya had already build Mysore's roads so wide and had already known the future. Who really wants this kinda a development when its more of a headache and less of convenience ? sheesh. I only wish there was some kind of accountability and responsibility when it came to these so called developments. This govt can't even clean up and provide proper housing in the city center or remove illegal slums but can boast about expensive projects and can't show proper bills to expenses incurred and money invested. Its so sad but we are helpless and can do nothing as we watch our once green city become a concrete city.

Bengaluru was very smart since 18th century that's why the citizens of Bengaluru planted so many trees and nurtured till it became big , big means really big that keep ground water level high , water and air is equally essential ,infact water ,air , green belt area for a city is more essential than this kind of building and infrastructure, cutting down 33000+ trees and construct the infrastructure is not good planned project at all , for a city for a country greenary land is more important , what is the forest and land ratio ? and land and agriculture land ratio ? What is the fertile land percentage ? What is the quality of water and air that today's gen kids consuming what is the projects that supports agricultural machinery tools so that it will motivate young farmers so that we will become agricultural products exporters otherwise in future we have to pay more tax to eat good food(imported) like the petrol price that we are paying, if we ignore producing our own food and not became self reliance in food

Nothing will be remembered without Bengaluru(it is Bengaluru sir)

Very happy that you are doing a video on the development projects in Raipur. First of all there are making three expressway centred around Raipur. Namely Raipur Vishkapatnam expressway which will also become an economic corridor, Raipur Hyderabad expressway and Anjora Arang Expressway which is more like a bypass. Raipur is also becoming the gem stone capital of India. And of course do not Forget Naya Raipur or Atal Nagar the world's first integrated city.

Outskirts city roads and pavements are very bad in Bangalore.....appreciate the greenery parks and modern buildings though.

Excellent Video on Bangalore & its Mega projects. 1) Most of the Projects are delayed for decades because the beneficiaries of every mega project will be ministers and their Kith & Kin. If project details are 100% Transparent, it will be nice. 2) For most projects, Funding is a problem. Public Private partnership & GDR / ADR Global Depository / American Depositry Issues will bring Billions of Foreign Funding for Commercially viable projects. 3) Bonds & Incentives of Free / Concessional Train travel in specific trains for specific periods will act as INCENTIVES to mobilise local Saving for Project Fund. 4) Land Acquasition is a major hurdle delaying & destroying major projects TDRs are the best solution ( Transferable Development Rights of Land) which is universally solving the problem of Land Acquasition

Similarly, growth in Delhi fuelled growth in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Chandigarh and vicinity. In fact, they created new cities in its vicinity. It’s the same which will happen to cities around Bangalore with its increasing prosperity. You cannot expect each and every place in Maharashtra to prosper. Even after having Mumbai and Pune Maharashtra sees the highest farmer suicide and levels of poverty in Vidarbha and central Maharashtra. You are comparing two completely different things. The prosperity in a city brings prosperity to villages and cities around its vicinity. Not necessarily those villages in far flung areas like you are comparing. So you can expect growth around there in Mysore, hosur, udipi and mangalore side. Similar example elsewhere will be growth of New York brought growth to Massachusetts, Philadelphia, New Jersey, washington. Growth in cities automatically drive growth outwards and to alternate locations. Not necessarily the north belt. Where new investments needs to be planned by the govt. of Karnataka.

The expansion of city is good for Bangalore. But water scarcity is acute now. Groundwater is already 1200feet down.How the shortage of drinking water would be ensured at an acceptable quntity. The growth of city has to be scientifically planned .Or else Bangalore may become another Deroit City.

"Mungeri laal ke haseen sapne" Infrastrcuture projects in Blr are executed at a slow pace. Hyperloop - I don't think this is going to be a reality ever. Govt is day dreaming about metro since 96 when the most populated part of the city is still not covered.
