Testament same. Though I am making plans to see Ozzy for my 18th Birthday.

I have now seen Gojira 4 times. The first time I saw them was in Philly, and when they sound checked the kick drums, everyone in the line outside just stared at each other. The best live sounding band hands down, excellent brotherly pits, it's always a blast.

I love how every exodus show I been to ends with a wall of death last time I saw exodus municipal waste opened for them and the whole place got thrashed!

I seen Bolt Thrower and Autopsy at Maryland Deathfest.

My first stage dive was to Obituary! I even got a photo with Tardy aha, my first death metal show too. The vocalist for Orgin was filling in for Ingested, I jumped on and off stage as soon as the song ended, Then he called me back up on stage and announced the next song while i was on stage, he called me the “Lone Stage Diver”. It was badass!!!

Obituary, as of yet, are the only death metal band I’ve seen live. Yet easily the best show of any genre I’ve seen and idk how it could be topped

Ghost is a great band, they are even better live. It is indeed great to go to a Ghost concert!

I've seen GWAR 7 or 8 times. I was almost killed during one when someone dived off the balcony on to my head. Good times.

Downward spiral era NIN was LEGENDARY!!! Saw them 4x on that tour cycle ALONE! 2x w Manson (as his first album was just coming out), once w PWEI, and once w Prick and David Bowie! Saw the Fragile tour w A Perfect Circle opening (as the 1st APC album was just coming out). Then also saw the downward spiral 20th anniversary tour w Soundgarden and Oneohtrix Point Never, in 2014. Lotsa NIN memories!!! And don’t get me started on Skinny Puppy shows! I got to see the Last Rights tour! In 1992 Before they broke up. And then a few times since they’ve reformed. Figured you’d appreciate that, being a Puppy fan!

Great vid as always! I have seen Obituary only one time but they were truly amazing! I will look forward to other live shows from all these bands!

I'm hoping to see Slayer for their last tour in Colorado First concert I 'll go to.

i became a metalhead after Slayer's last tour and man.. i really wish i could see them at least once, it's good that you made it tho

ive seen all but one gwar show in seattle since 1994 .i got a bag of homemade soaked from the pit t shirts in bags.. one one my fave backings of a home made gwar shirt says.. taking more lives than crack. boo yah!

Also next year on maidens tour they are coming close to me so I'm definitely gonna try to see them

I always love hearing music advice from you. I'll definitely make sure to hang around after a CC show once I see them live for the first time.

Even though i am more of a death and thrash fan i will always watch a danish doom/hardrock band know as demonhead who i have seen five times now. there is always such a great atmosphere and they always give it 100% also they are really down to earth and always down to talk to fans after the shows.

I would love to see Immolation, Overkill, Megadeth, Behemoth, Incantation, Hate Eternal and Vital Remains. I've only been to one concert so far, it was Morbid Angel this last April and they killed it!

Saw Obituary before Slayer god that’s just legendary

I also saw Ghost on May 13th...my first concert ever. It was the best night of my life. I'm completely obsessed with them. The music and the appearance/performance definitely go hand in hand. Cardinal Copia was great and the Ghouls are so intriguing...hope to see them again soon!

I'm going to see Exodus on July 18th and your video made me even more excited.

I saw Ghoul and Municipal Waste open for GWAR in 2012, at the Wilbur Theatre in Boston. There was a no moshing order in the city at the time (with security in the pit) but Tony wouldn't allow that, he got everybody going anyway. When GWAR took the stage and started spraying blood, security didn't stick around. All the members of Municipal Waste and Ghoul were in the pit with us. RIP Brockie.

That was such a great tour and an amazing lineup. It's so hard to see gwar now since Dave died, I have fun but I get really depressed afterward. Any gwar tour with Ghoul on the bill is gonna be a blast though

I know some second rounds I’m getting coming up is The Exploited, Varathron, Incantation, and Force of Darkness.

110% agree with Obituary and Exodus Patiently awaiting their returns ! Souza is definitely one of the greatest frontmen I've seen in person. And Maiden... You have to have a low iq to not appreciate them. (And a low iq to be bashing Janick ) Also, if you liked Watain live, you gotta check out Belphegor. The stage set is similar to Watain (and Mayhem) minus the pig heads but there's something about their stage presence that is just not human at all. O_O like Helmuth just looks into the audience and it's like you're being blessed by Satan himself.

You think Exodus is a crazy thrash show, I saw Slayer on their last world tour and someone tried starting a pit in the seats.

When I went to see ghost live the show was cut short because a guy in the pit had a heart attack and died. Other than that it was a great show

I agree with you on exodus. I saw them with municipal waste a few months ago and I’d be stupid if I said that wasn’t one of the best shows I’ve ever been to. We even crowdsurfed a guy in a wheel chair up onto the stage and the whole band cheered for him and got in a group photo. Also it was my first time stage diving and that was great. All around an amazing show and I’ll definitely be seeing them again.

The closest I've gotten to a real metal show was KISS. Not metal but probably the best show I've seen. They put on a great show.

I actually got to see exhordor with Overkill on March in San Antonio and the was my time seeing both those bands and to top it off after exhordor got off stage I got to meet Kyle at the merch booth and that was the best night of my life man wish I can go back to relive that moment over and over again

I saw Devy back in 2016 with Fallujah and Between The Buried & Me in Charlotte. It was the best gig I’ve ever been to.

I have absolutely all the time in the world for a Devin Townsend gig. Only got to see him the once last year but holy fuck, it was just something else!

This was a fantastic list of bands! The first Death Metal Band I ever saw live was also the first Death Metal band album that I purchased is Morbid Angel. But my favorite Death Metal Show I’ve been to is a Carcass Show. They absolutely rock live! My all time very Band especially live is Testament. Exodus opened up for them which was great but When Testament took the stage they not only blew Exodus away but you could hear and feel that they were playing on a higher level. You have Gene Hoglan the Atomic Clock on Drums, Steve Di Giorgio on Bass, the legendary Alex Skolnick on Lead Guitar, the criminally underrated Eric Peterson on Rhythm/Lead Guitar, and Chuck Billy on vocals who sounds just as good if not better live. Together those guys absolutely kill it live!

So little bands play here that I go to every single metal band that plays here.

My first concert was Iron Maiden with my Dad, Aunt, and Uncle. I wish I could go back.

I saw ghost in Asheville n.c may 22nd with cardial copia, they were phenomenal. I got to meet tobias forge after the show, he's like the nicest guy ever.

I got a Pick from the bass player, at a devin concert, I went to a small sort of meeting with devin and the band which was amazing, I got to speak to him :)))

Carcass will be my first death metal show alongside Behemoth and Arch Enemy

I saw Ghoul as one of the opening bands for GWAR. They were great. I've seen GWAR 3 times. Always a great show.

Went to the Slayer show in Virginia Beach. That was a heavy metal show!!! Slayer killed it like always, Lamb of God was a close second and Behemoth always brings it. Going to see Lamb of God, Anthrax, Testament, and Napalm Death at the Filmore Silver Spring in July!!!!! Great video like always. Keep it up dude 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Pile OF MEMES WHAT AM I DOING??? It was awesome!!! LOG killed it like always, Anthrax and Testament we're great. Got a pick from testament which was cool. Napalm Death was napalm death, not a fan of them, but there legends in their own way, so it was cool to see them.

I wore a white lab coat to a Gwar show. The entire band and entourage signed it in sharpie. That was in 1992 amd i still have it.

I wish King Diamonds ass would do another tour in America but it would be even better if Mercyful Fate got back together and did a reunion tour. That would be amazing!

Sorry but I think HEARTWORK is their best album in my opinion. All albums are great, next for me would be SYMPHONIES OF SICKNESS .

Fun list. For me it was Iron Maiden, Rush, and Steven Wilson/Porcupine Tree. Luckily Iron Maiden still tour as far as my list goes. Oh and I try to catch Sevendust. You might hate them, but they're any amazing live band.

I'm going to see A Perfect Circle at AFAS Live here in the Netherlands in December, and I'm so freaking excited! What I'm planning to do is sit on my brother's neck, and wave at Maynard. I hope he waves back! :D
