7:36 Bhutto was a Pakistani politician who was killed. His supporters used to say that 'Bhutto Kal bhi Zinda tha, Bhutto aj bhi Zinda he'. On that a meme came out that 'Sab marjayen ge or Bhutto Zinda reh Jaye ga'🤣. In the next line he says 'Bhut Hun' which probably means high or something like that.
