Agency actually means secret intelligence agency. Actually we have a slang here in Pakistan don't know about other countries but we often say k "agency ka banda hai" etc to agency meant that here. Asaraat means effects and manfi means negative so you know, negative effects or side effects. Btw listened to your song iraade and then went straight to your spotify and started following you there man great work keep it up 💯❤️
