Bandajje Falls Trek || ಬಲ್ಲರಾಯನದುರ್ಗ || Chikmagalur Rani jhari ||
Bandaje falls, also known as Bandaje Arbi falls is a waterfall located in the Kudremukha section of the Western Ghats in the Belthangady taluk of Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka. The waterfalls can be reached only by undertaking trekking in thick forests and grass lands with the help of local guides and in summer the waterfalls goes dry. The height of waterfalls is about 200 feet.
This is a hill range east of Kudremukh. There is the Bandajje falls on the way to ballal rayan fort, and the fort itself overlooks the town of sunkashale. Not much remains of the fort except the ramparts.
Built by Hoysalas in the 12th century. It is accessible from Sunkasale and Bandaje Arbi falls. It is a 2 day trek with a lot of greenery till the end of December.

You will get bus from shivmogga or Chikkmagalur, and one more thing kottigehara is like junction to Dharmasthala and Hornadu.so all the buses go via Kottigehara.
