Banana stem curry / വാഴപിണ്ടി പച്ചടി is a very healthy recipe. It's super easy to make. There is absolutely no cooking for making banana stem pachadi. You can combine this with rice meals. It's delicious and very nutritious for health. Plantain stem / Banana stem has several benefits like it detoxes your body, helps digestion, cures constipation, and reduces gastric problems. This is also considered as a super-rich source of fiber.
Ingredients for Banan stem pachadi / വാഴപിണ്ടി പച്ചടി
FOR PACHADI :-
1) BANANA STEM - 7” LONG PIECE
(CHOPPED FINE)
2) CURD - 500 ML (WHISKED SMOOTH)
3) GREEN CHILLI - 6-7 SLICED FINE
4) SALT- AS PER THE TASTE
FOR TEMPERING :-
5) MUSTARD SEEDS- 1 TEASPOON
6) CURRY LEAVES - 1 STALK
7) SHALLOTS - 2 PIECES SLICED FINE
8) COCONUT OIL - 1.5 TABLESPOON
9) RED CHILLI - 4 PIECES
