Banana and Oatmeal Cookies
Banana Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies recipe - Soft and Chewy, no added sugar and naturally vegan.
Banana Oatmeal Cookies are made with just 3 simple ingredients, without using flour or any special equipment. These healthy cookies are naturally sweet and gluten-free, and you can add in any extra you love, such as raisins or walnuts.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 dl (60 g) oatmeal
60 g chocolate chips
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the oatmeal and chocolate.
Form 8 balls from the mass and press them flat with your fingers on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15 min.
