Thanks for this recipe! I made it today because I had everything; bananas I needed to use, silken tofu and even Enjoy Life chocolate chips. It turned out great! I didn’t let the silken tofu drain long enough so I compensated by only putting 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in the frosting. It tasted sweet enough for me and was really good! I also cut the maple syrup in the cake by half and that was also plenty sweet (for me, I know people like different levels of sweet). The chocolate drizzle was a fantastic addition to this cake! I love your Plant-based Woman Warrior cookbook, especially the hummus recipe (including the variations) and the entire sauce/dressings section! Thanks you both for all you do for the plant-based community!

I'm allergic to Bananas so I used Pumpkin puree instead and it turned out great. I LOVE my Cookbook. Thank you for sharing this recipe so that everyone can enjoy the cookbook too.

Try putting it in notepad first as this will remove the formatting, then paste into word.
