Hi Michael, I have come across your channel again almost after 7 years. Around 7 years ago, I started baking and your videos were a great source of knowledge and inspiration. I had followed your recipes and had baked your milk bread, Japanese style cotton sponge cake etc. they all came impeccably well thanks to your step by step and articulate approach. I have wonderful memories having the baked goodies with my Grandmother and family. I did lose touch with baking the last 5 years and now with my little baby, I considering baking again and it was wholesome to suddenly come across your channel after so many years! I hope all is good at your end. Wishing you the very best and thanks once again for your lovely recipes. Your passion is truly seen in your work.
