Sounds delicious! My grandmother used to make banana bread using chocolate chips in place of the nuts, and that was delicious, but this sounds even better.

Till date I've only attempted mug cakes because I was too intimated to bake anything big. But my cousin made these at a party and I loved them so I just had to try it out. This is my first time baking anything big and it was such a success. Amazing recipe and thank you so much! Subscribing straight away! Please give us more! ❤ I used ½ a cup of sugar in total because the chocolate and banana make it sweet.

I tried these and they're amazing! My regular brownies are never really gooey, maybe when still warm but when they're cooled down they become harder (not dry). It was like that when I made regular ones and now that I make vegan ones as well, with your recipe and others. But these ones with banana bread, they stay soft even when cooled down and they taste perfect. I will make these ones from now on.

Hi Gemma, I just tried this with 25% less sugar, and it's soooo good! Just wondering, if I adopt this recipe to make "apple brownies", using small chunks of apple to replace mashed banana, what's your instinct whether it will work?
