I did this & it was delightful. I put all my ingredients into my blender. I used about a tblspn of turmeric. I used about a quarter of avocado. I used powdered milk. I can’t wait to do again.

Yes good for dry skin on the face! I have oily! This left me a little oily. This stuff is gritty with a nice scent, so I thought... Hmm .. I'll try this as a body scrub and I had great results. My skin felt so silky soft that I had no need to lotion after showering it all off. Yes I recommend and BLEND IT ALL AT ONCE !🙂

Sorry. Nothing help w melasma. Just hope your hormones calm down and be sure to wear good sunscreen at all time, rain or shine. I have same problem for over 10 years, cost me so much $ to try different things and creams. Even dermatologist said “no cure” for malasma😭🥲

Any stain of turmeric please put it in direct sunlight it will disappear the turmeric. Anything if you get turmeric or curry stain in clothes or any pots anything wash with soap than put it in the direct sunlight all will be gone

All of those ingredients are good but not Sure it should go together like the cucumber, avocado other than that it’s ok. It seems like she just throw everything in there lol. I use banana, honey, dry camel milk and turmeric. I blend it all together and it works.

You have failed to specify whether you are mixing all these ingredients and basically making a scrub or moisturiser. It looks like you have prepared a face mask but instead of using it has face mask your applying and using it like a face scrub.A face mask is applied after using a cleanser and scrub and just keep it applied on face and wash your face after 15 to 20 minutes, it does it’s work of moisturising and making your face skin smooth and glow.

Is that one teaspoon of or tablespoon...one banana mix very well, and add 1/3 of avocado, then you need about 2 tablespoon of milk, then it looks like 1/3 of cucumber blend then strain the cucumber juice and add to other mixture.apply to face and body...
