अवधी थाली एक थाली है जहां हमारे पास अवधी क्षेत्र के शाही और विदेशी व्यंजनों का संग्रह है। व्यंजन लखनऊ का है जो उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी है।

Awadhi Thali Recipe | Thalis Of India Episode 12
Awadhi Thali is a thali where we have a collection of royal and exotic dishes from Awadhi region. The cuisine belongs to Lucknow which is the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
The Awadh region has been greatly influenced by Mughal cooking techniques, and the cuisine of Lucknow bears similarities to those of Central Asia, Kashmir, Punjab and Hyderabad. The city is also known for its Nawabi foods. The dishes and cooking style of this city is inspired and influenced by the Mughals. The cuisine includes both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian dishes prepared with exotic spices, herbs and garnished with dry fruits.

    Agr apko real taste chahiye to kisi chef se nhi.kisi aam insan se miliye. Wo btayega apko kya h humari authentic thali up wali. Is thali me up ka famous dal bhari poori aur gulgula to h hi nhi. Hum logo ki hr festive thali incomplete h iske bina

    Hey please pyaaz aur lahsun God gift hai and is for eating. Anada aur meat khaa loge lekin lahsun pyaaz se dikkat hai kyunki buisness mein a munafa Kam karta hai lekin essential minerals k basic source hai for a true vegetarian

    This isn't banaras thali.It lacks berhin(daal bhari poori),Rasiaav(bakheer /gud chaval ki kheer),doodh pithi(handmade sewai),it lacks bafauri. I am a researcher and conducting research on lucknow and Banaras. I am social scientist and a food researcher.

    Nimona mein tomatoes nahi padta... And u put green chili and green hara dhaniya paste not ginger.... Also the peas or matar paste is dardara Or coarse... This is chefs invented nimona.... Not authentic made in villages and homes of U.P

    Aaj k chef- traditionality,ethnicity ko maar rahe aur har cheez me glamour daal rahe.Nimona is not made in ghee,it is purely made in kadva tel and heeng is imp ingredient. Oh man you are portraying so wrong

    Chi kitna ghatiya nimona hai . Nimona aisey kabhi nahi banta hai. Is nimona may bahut saaree galtiyan hai . Pahli to nimona may kabhi bhi tamatar nahi padta hai

    Family recepie can't be awadhi recepie,Banaras ki thali and awadhi recepie both lacks ethnicity. Awadhi food has zafrani pulav(sweet rice),shahi sabji(kachhe amrood ki sabji),there is no mutton pasanda, there is no shahi tukda, and awadhi biryani is actually a pulaav,no naratan korma in thali,no shami kabab,no shirmal,no kofta biryani and many more things missings,t is not authentic.please don't claim as banarasi and awadhi thali.

    Also dal bhari, gulgula, aloo ka bharta, lasun mirchi ki chutney.... All this will come in thali.... Please do not represent anything.... Do your research....and all food is cooked in rai Or kadwa Or as lpopulary known sarson ka tel

    Ye nimona ho hi nahi sakta, aise thodi na Banta hai, Kya yaar. Badam ki chutney aaj tak nahi suna Banaras mein, please if you're portraying something Authentic than show the real one, it's some star chef invented thali. Very disappointing episode.
