I find it hilarious how people were sleeping on Eostrid. Everyone who knew a thing about Hydra were screaming she’s amazing, but HellHades put attention to her in arena and made everyone think she was just a mid speed booster instead of a Nekmo with different utility outside of the speed control.

@@zaidhakim6496 Absolutely the reason most people skipped was burnout. Armanz and the titan event were fairly resource intensive, but mainly just took a crap ton of time. The annoying and funny part was when people tried to justify it by calling Eostrid mid or bad.

I didn't think anyone in my very end game clan is using her at all. She's ok but not insane.

Yay, finally some Bambus love! I did the fusion and have enjoyed playing around with him but was sad that no one else was seeing the potential in him.

this team pretty much shows the power of harima and firrol for the most part honestly. all the other champs can be replaced

Been using Bambus for awhile in hydra now. Recently switched to 9 piece protection set and love the build. Dec Accuracy is very helpful against poison head

I wish I could, but I screwed up the fusion so there's that. The other day Boozor released a vid saying he was underwhelming in his Hydra team. Also from what I've seen when Eostrid was announced everyone was pretty sure she'd be quite good.

How well would Godseeker do on this team? A healer with 2 rezes and a buff extend/enemy buff shorten?

Glad to see this. I have Bambus in my faction wars team atm. I think he has more utility as a champ. Hydra is definitely a focus of mine as an early mid-game player. I only have one viable hydra team atm.

Got the 4s blessing when I won a champ training event…. He is build to 6s already but not geared and booked. Maybe about time to do that. Does he need the books?

I’ve been waiting for this…..I don’t use him atm but did when I first got him. This rotation will be the best for him. I wish I could book him. He does so much that you don’t see

Thanks for this showcase, Nubs. I've been using Bambus in cursed set since the fusion and he's crucial for me in hydra. Unfortunately, it's difficult to put much stock in community opinion of champions especially content creators these days. There doesn't seem to be much objectivity, but I remember your initial impressions of him were positive and that helped me accelerate him into my teams. No regrets.

does ally attk work with him though because he'll always be asleep. food for thought

I love my Panda, not that he is the most useful one but he certainly is the most fun one to use. Great vids, I will try him in Hydra with Lady Mirage.

I use him in a cursed set on my hard team. with the increase accuracy buff, you can build him for speed and damage and still land all the debuffs.

I've been using mine in Avenging+4 piece slayer, gets a chunk of TM every Hydra attack and so many AOE counters. Not the strongest damage build but all the attacks add up, does more damage than my Wukong

Could you replace Harima and Firrol please?

I actually have him in my Iron Twins comp for decrease speed. Have him in avenging and with martyr with backup counterattack. Coming in clutch for IT 15!

Switch rector drath for Lydia?

I've been interested in gearing him in Slayer 4 piece and Frenzy to try to have him cycle through turns quickly, but seeing a setup where the team hardly recieved a debuff, I can appreciate a problem with Frenzy

Interesting because I have a pretty well built panda that I rarely use... Mostly in dragon for fun. Frost Spider accuracy boosting too.

I pulled him about a month ago and vaulted him right away because everybody said he was bad. Maybe I’ll look into building when I’m done with my other 2 supports I’ve got recently

I use Bambus in my 1 key Nightmare Hydra team (150-170mil on average, f2p) as my main Decrease Speed + the extending buffs is very clutch as well. Perfect build I found was Avenging + Retaliation, as it synergizes with the passive well. He's also incredible for bosses such as Bommal (actually soaks up the bombs) Hard Dragon, Nether Spider, etc

Funny. Just watched another CC recent vid saying Bambus was one of his top 5 worst legos he maxed out. One mans trash is another mans treasure. I guess.

You're the only CC loving this panda....I skipped fusion but pulled him on a 1+1😂....have yet to use him cuz I think he's bunk

This is what everybody means by CC's only caring about viewer retention.. it's not to help anybody with the game, it's simply so they can make easy money

I use Bambus in my hard dragon team as a boss duo with Oella, he's great.

Bambus was a fusion I skipped, because I think a lot of people said he was passable. I may also have been resource limited at the time as well. Either way, I do wish I had him.

I've been saying this, I built him for hydra since he just 'seemed good' for a curse set user but he turned into my secret MVP with insane damage output (I built him for some damage in curse set and he's about equal with Cupidus in curse set damage output-wise.... while also adding huge support.)

For me he is underrated just for DoomTower Hard waves. Increase Acc + Decrease Acc and for manual play his Enfeeble is exactly what I need for enemies that block revive. It is usually block revive and resistance to control that puts an end to my auto-climb and stages 91+

I wish theyd make a team of counter attackers all attack at once "except arena." The animations one at a time is excruciating.

Mikage for Varl. May well improve that up time from Firrol and increase Harima's damage...

He was clutch for me in Iron Twins until I was able to get enough Acc on Geomancer (inc Acc and dec Spd). Also I use him in my dragon hard 9 team.

Just pulled a bambus recently felt he would be a good hydra champ. Swapping Lydia for Sifi would be a big booster for the team.

People don't like his extend being on a four turn cooldown, and in most circumstances it's not ideal. But it lines up nicely with Duchess' block debuffs and perfect veil buffs.

I think Lydia can be replaced by another inc. Speed since varl provides damage and weaken. Maybe Ukko, Elva or Siphi which revive/heal too

Underrated I've never had him in the vault lol use him all the time

Think ravelvarg bringing leech here would be massive for this none revive team over Lydia or varl . Then ups the damage. Firrol absolutely needs reflex + impulse. I use two rector deaths in my teams due to still not pulling shameal or any legendary veil champion and the reflex + impulse + master never is extremely consistent

Bambus for hydra 👀

I’d love to get better at hydra, I’m still pretty much a beginner in understanding the team comps and mechanics of each head (despite being pretty late game / end game in other content), BUT there is no way I’m committing to 50 minute manual runs. If it’s full auto I’m in, otherwise no thanks.

I'm in your boat. There is a lot of potential I know my roster has, but I just don't have the time that I'd like to try to situate things. Luckily there are people like Nubkek and everyone else for the cliffnotes. 😅

I use reflex on my firrol and i find it much more consistent

I like to use merciless and reflex for legendries I don't want to book.

He would be so much better if he reflected more debuffs like fear
