On the 16th of October 2009 a group of fishermen from Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden signed a proclamation in Simrishamn stating that they, as individual fishermen, support the idea of having a continuous dialogue and cooperation as a base for an overall development of the fishing technology and practical issues.
