Love the mix of life stages among the models showing that elegance is ageless.

Creative but elegant. My favorite collection so far. Now there were a few I’d never wear but what I was most excited about were the gorgeous white headed ladies. I’ve seen models of different sizes, beautifully shaped, the skin n bone ones but now us older ladies represented. 😊❤

The creativity is off the scale, just amazingly inspiring. The models did well walking in those difficult shoes.

I adored seeing each and every stunning older face that came around! As for the fashion: whimsical at best, cloying at worst. The grape motif reminded me of an over-themed Tuscan kitchen.

Loved to see so many beautiful marure women in the show.

Beautiful! Love the senior models and happy it is an official category now with top agencies! Also, wonderful to hear Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata paired with such gorgeous pieces.

The predominant vibe I got from this collection was that this is what people would dress like in the _"Dune"_ universe, or the _"Foundation"_ universe...if those verses had the equivalent of our planet's south of France. And I mean that in the best way.

Grapes give us a beautifully aged wine...given time....and like fine wine those ladies were graceful and gorgeous...i love the theme of time.....the clothes were extraordinarily cut and very wearable. You cant deny this designer....he has creativity!!!!

This is a very beautiful runway show! Yes several pieces are not too wearable in real life but could easily visualize every piece being created for wear in formal and informal settings!

I love Olivier as a human being and as a designer and his collections always look so mad expensive (well they are!) although the subjects of these pieces look a bit too springy to me for a fw and everything looked so so heavy, like a runway of drapes and curtains 😮

Apparently everyone EXCEPT you. You do realize that this fashion show isn't for the purposes of entertainment right? It's not "put on" for.....well, for the general public, right? It's displaying the wares for consumption. It's essentially a live advertisement. How often do you purchase Balmain? If it's never or not too often then I'm pretty certain that you not wanting to view "oldies in crap" isn't really much of a care to the people putting this on. It's the target demographic who actually forks over their cash who really matters and since this is a high dollar business - in fact a multi billion dollar industry, I'd say there has been quite a bit of research that has gone into what people want; so maybe go and view a commercial for Victorias Secret if you're a man or Chicos if you're a woman. Sounds like that might be more up your alley anyway. "Cool" clothing? 🙄
