I´m very exited about trying out the tips in this video. And as someone who has had knee problems since her early teenager years, I hope that following the "not going to deep in grand plié" will help prolonging the life of my knees

Great dance TEACHERS are so hard to find. For years I have been tucking during plies. Now I understand my knee, back and ankle problems. Thank you for the knowledge!

great tip about the movement starts from the back of the knee. I have been doing ballet workouts and classes but no one has ever explained me about this.

I love love love your channel. Please do a mini ballet lesson about pirouettes en dehor and en dedans. I've watched your videos about them in French, but my French is horrible.
