Who makes the best window blinds? Are Bali better than Levolor? These are a few of the questions we had when updating the window treatments in our home. We bought Bali blinds first, then Levolor. The Bali blinds we ordered were the 2 inch real wood and were satisfactory for the cost. The Levolor blinds were also 2 inch real wood blinds but had very rough paint and were warped making large gaps when you tried to close them. The Levolor blinds were also not strung properly making the tilt wand difficult, if not impossible to operate.
Buy Bali as it is a better product for less money, an extremely rare combination!
The biggest mistake we made was buying our blinds from Blinds.com. The reps were belligerent and rude when we tried to return the nonfunctional Levolor blinds. They instructed us to make these videos if we were in fact telling the truth! We hope you will judge for yourself.
I understand why blind companies have a return policy. But that should not allow them to sell consumers faulty products and then tell them “tough luck the product doesn’t work, we don’t have to refund your money because on page 5 paragraph 15 on our website you agreed to the terms of our return policy.” What a scam!
