How to use this curtain? Where is the manufacturer service?
I keep going through all these steps and the lights blink and everything, but it does not work the blinds. The blinds work by pushing the button on the blind, but not from the remote still.

I wonder if you can get a different remote... I do not see how to use the Bali motorization app either.. requires a USB?

Now the curtains are fine, but the motor and remote control are broken for unknown reasons.

This remote control and motor are terrible!
