I found with our baler (NH) that the make of wrap can make a difference as I had similar trouble when using Case branded wrap in it that it just wouldn't feed and would mess about after chatting to some guys on a farming forum they suggested taking a spring off either side of the wrap brake which considering it lifts the brake up out the way before feeding it did in make much sense as to what difference it could make but it did and since then it works no problem if we get a different lot of wrap I put the springs back on and it goes fine.

If the deere is like my claas the feed roller hasn’t got enough pressure between the two should be a adjustment to tighten the squeeze between the rollers up could have a bent roller to if there’s not even pressure across the feed roller that can cause all your problems. That should solve the problems if you haven’t changed the net tension bar it shouldn’t be it

farmall skittle at the moment I just wish I had a tractor for the baler as it is still in the shop in two pieces. But a bigger tractor would be nice just need to win the lottery first and preferably come up with an automatic after sun applicator like the oiler on the baler after penning up for the shearers I'm feeling crisp fried.

I can only imagine your disappointment when the netwrap doesn't wrap on one bale, let alone several. It seems the HaloView is coming in quite handy, just as you expected. How's the quality of the 2nd cut, as compared to this year's 1st cut?

    What year is the baler?

Yeah I know a lot of guys that will run the pickup in the dirt like a harrow so they don't leave a single straw of hay behind, then wonder why they can't keep tines in it and have to overhaul the pickup every year and the thing is worn out... same with rakes... I'd rather leave a little bit of loose short hay behind and not tear up the tines and bearings and cams and bands and stuff on the pickup myself... Later! OL J R :)

Hello! We are having a problem with a baler not cutting netwrap. It’s not the same as your baler, but on a Sunday with rain coming this afternoon and a lot of rows to bale...we’re searching rather desperately for an answer so thought I’d see if you were on. You seem very familiar with round baling in general and this is our 2nd season using a round baler. Appreciate any thoughts!

Make sure your getting enough power to the baler. Check your connection to the tractor.

Ha Ryan gets to pick up Travis's garbage I'd probably do the same in his situation have it in the tractor cab or throw it in his yard

You need to find an original name for your videos. Ripping off Paul Harvey is not cool.
