mark advincula the Chinese help each other if they need monetary help with other Chinese owned banks, inter- marriage with other Chinese business owners, therefore their wealth will just go around within their Chinese family.

Of course, rich families like them maintain foundations and philanthropy works. That’s how they help and give back. You can’t expect them to give all out. But all these philanthropy work and foundations also mean they get tax cuts. So yeah, it’s still a win-win situation for them.

They earned there wealth bcoz the founder henry sy worked it hard from shoe shine boy to billionaire tychoon. He Worked hard and now the fruit of his work became so successfull

Business so good in Philippines yes specially to all the businessmen here in Philippines but one thing i want to say to all of u is dont ever and evr using the land that is not yours specially her in Northern luzon bcz some of the businessmen and the government here in Philippines is they abuse their money to tk wht they want even not them????

I stayed in one of the biggest condos in this development, on the first floor, ~P35M, (an acquiantance's condo which is barely used)... so I expected a luxurious experience until I noticed the cupboards and electric outlets were dismantling... and it was a new condo which is used only a few days a year. Really disappointing. I wish SM would UP their game in terms of durability... can you build things that last.... also stop building boring box buildings, maybe put a little design? Build things that are beautiful.
