Pag interview wag kabahan talaga tapos confidence lang pag alam ng interviewer na goods ka sa English enhance nlng di kana pahihirapan ng interviewer like mag assessment kapa or mock call. Ranas ko na yan dapat sa umpisa palang ng interview like accepting calls ng recruiter mag English kana with accent. Try ko na yan lahat😂. After initial diretso na final interview walang pa ano ano😂😂. At sa buong buhay ko di ako pumupunta onsite or walk in para mag apply😅 phone interview lng talaga mahal pamasahe tapos effort pa. So far 6 bpo calls and offers around 16k up to 25k iba mababa iba mataas pero don tayo sa less toxic at tama lng sahud. Kung newbie wag kana mag ask kung pwedi pa taasan. Kung may experience pwdi tumawad kung alam mo worth mo. Stress talaga bpo patibayan lng yan. Pero malaki sahud one of my motivation sa work😂 practical.

Sana next time sa IT Park sa Cebu. I think Cebu is leading when it comes to BPO industry.

Thanks for this video! I'm a CPA working for a BPO company. Even though hindi call-center-related ang nature ng work, I still watch these vids dahil I want to know the call-center norms para ma-guide at matulungan ko ang aking cousin who's currently a Senior High student. Ayoko sya magawi ng landas dahil sa bad influence ng friends nya. He's kind of an outcast sa angkan namen dahil anak sya sa labas ng aking tito who's already in his 70's. Nakikita ko na willing sya matuto ng ibang bagay dahil mahina sa school (hindi na nabigyan ng guidance dahil napariwara yung mother nya, at yung tito ko matanda na). He worked at a fastfood, and currently suma-sideline sa pagmemekaniko. I told him na magtapos lang sya ng Senior High at tutulungan ko sya makapasok sa BPO/Call Center. 🙏

pwedeng pwede po. BPO is so diverse that age, sex, religion do not matter but the skills that you will learn during the training and how will you apply them to the production and the willingness to be a team player are all that matters
