hey taz, talking about your meds kinda made me wanna ask something: my dad just (literally 30 minutes ago) told me he’s struggling from depression and also stopped taking his meds, he broke down in front of me and it was so painful to see. he said he wants to get better and be a better dad, but i really can’t sit back and watch. i want to be able to help somehow but i don’t know what to do. i know you’re not a therapist/professional but i have nobody else to ask. i’m really sorry if this puts you in an uncomfortable position, i just really don’t know what to do. love you 💗
