Thank you Kataria's Indian Kitchen. This cake came out well, spongy, tasty and fine texture-no big holes, when we cut. Since I have kids in the house, can't really wait for the cake to cool down completely 😂😂😂. So I end up cutting it 20% warm. For the fine cake texture, the trick is in getting the flour mixed well with the wet batter, though not overly beaten. I used 6 inch cake tin, baked at 170° for 40 min, fire up & down 170° for 15min, bottom fire only to get nice and well baked cake with nice crust on the side. Error in the video caption: The milk is 1/2 cup. Not 1/2 tbsp.

Depends on what cake tin you are using. If like this video, I think it is 300g each cake. For the selling price, maybe INR 100-INR 150.

Both rods on karni hai preheat ke liye and jab bake karein tab both rods on rakhni hai with fan and preheat same temperature par karein jis par aap bake karne wale hai
