When I make my buttercream and put it into the plastic wrap to store, I add the exact amount I will be using in the piping bag later on. Also, I leave the plastic wrap about 1 inch longer on each side and twist those ends. When thawing, all I do is cut one side shorter and drop it into a piping bag with a tip on it and it's ready to go. 😀
What I love about your videos is they always feel transparent and authentic. Cant wait to actually try that cookie butter cake!

Thank you for your videos I started my home baking business last year and your videos are so helpful
22:48 i think the difference is the the difference amount of cinnamon n the the small differences in the cake base . a lil more vanilla in one maybe yellow cake instead of vanilla for honey bun and so on

Little do we know A LOT of bakers, even ones who are in store fronts use boxed cakes. As long as it tastes good 🤷♀️

Biscoff Cookie Butter reminds me of Chocolate Chip cookies without the chocolate chips. I think that's why they are so addictive and requested. Nostalgic for many.

I'm the same way about cinnamon cakes... Made a snickerdoodle cupcake and everyone said it tasted like cinnamon toast crunch

Americans are used to box cake flavors and they sell way better in her market than cakes made from scratch. Plus, efficiency, price, and ease of procuring ingredients. She discussed it in a video some time ago.

@@TheStationBakery Have you thought of making a Banana Split Mini Cake? Putting 1/3 of each in the pan side by side.. Strawberry... Vanilla... Chocolate Then TOP them with "Whip Cream" aka Butter cream... with Banana butter cream around the edges... and then Cherries on top... or Buttercream to look like a Cherry on Top (3)

@@TheStationBakery Let me know when you make the video... I just thought that would make 3 little sliced cakes in that mini pan too... Strawberry... Vanilla ... Chocolat... Maybe put strawberries on top, and Choc. Chips on the Chocolate 1/3 to show where the chocolate is underneath... Is this called Neapolitan? Like the 3 different Ice Cream together. I like Banana Split Mini Cake better.
