So wait a minute Kris, you shaped and baked them before putting filling in? That's new. But I guess the filling stays better -fresh than being baked inside the dough?

Hey! No, we proof pastries, put creme patisserie and once it’s done - more topping, normally poached fruit, fresh fruit or something prepared in advance. :)) sorry if I caused the confusion 😇

Quick Question, after shaping the pastry, do you put creme to bake first then add toppings? I put all together and baked, it turned out very dried toppings and cooked pastry. Maybe I need to put sugar coating on it before baking?

Hello, depends on the flavour you choose. You can put for example pastry cream, bake it and later add fresh toppings; or if you bake with some stome fruit makes sense to bake everything together once. All the best!

Hello, the recipe is slightly different but often the same dough is used, no issues with that ;)
