This is a baked sea bass recipe which I have adapted from a simple traditional Cantonese/Chinese sea bass recipe passed to me by my mother. I have modernised the recipe by baking the sea bass in an oven rather than steaming it in a large steamer.
It requires very few ingredients, the key ones being ginger, spring onion, lemon, soy sauce and oil. The preparation needed is minimal and the cooking is super easy and quick but the result is delicious.
