Baked Salmon in a lemon, garlic & capers butter sauce
4 pieces salmon fillet
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
black pepper
Smoked (or regular) paprika
1/4 of an onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp capers + 3 tbsp of the liquid in the capers jar
Juice of one lemon
6 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
