Hello friends! Today I will show you how I cook baked potatoes with cheese sauce. Cheesy potatoes are one of my family's favorite foods! It's so simple and delicious! You'll love this easy and inexpensive potato recipe! Soft potatoes with cheese sauce are a great side dish for any dish! This is an American favorite dish. Potatoes baked in the oven in cheese and milk sauce! This is a popular creamy cheese dish made with thinly sliced potatoes, onions and shredded cheese! Bon appetit and have a nice day!

RECIPES AND INGREDIENTS:
6 Russet potatoes.
2 Yellow onion.
3 tbsp. of unsalted butter.
3 cloves of garlic.
3 tbsp. of all-purpose flour.
2 Cups of full-fat milk.
1 tbsp. of salt (plus more to taste).
Freshly ground black pepper.
1 Cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
1 Cup any cheese you like.
Unsalted butter.
A mix of Italian seasoning.
Freshly ground black pepper.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for for 85-90 minutes.
Parsley.
