I made the flaky puffs but filled them with apple cinnamon filling last night and it was really flaky and yummy! this morning still flaky even though i kept in room temp. Thank you for the recipe :)

I just did them today, potato feeling and apple and cinnamon. Can I freeze the unbaked puffs, I want pretend to make many for emergencies ( visits and craving)

Hi thanks for sharing the recipe. Can I know if the same recipe can be used for frying instead of baking? And normally the crispness can last for how long??

Hi, thanks for watching. I have not tried frying with this recipe. But, it should be ok. For baked curry puff, it stayed crispy for several hours. But, by the next day you need to heat up/toast to gain back the crispy crust. Cheers :)

Hi, i made the pastry like the video instructed. But after baking it came out very doughy, slightly hard and chewy. what did i do wrong? Not enough resting time? would appreciate the help. Thank you

Hi, thank you for trying and sorry to hear that they turned out hard and chewy. Did you get the layers? Maybe try to rest for 30 minutes. Did you wrap water dough around oil dough? Just double checking. Cheers :)

@@YeanleyOh Hi, appreciate the feedback. It seems that i might have left it to rest on a very warm surface, and my kneading skills needs to be improves. Yes, but i figured out my mistake which was i stacked them on top of each other and folded and kneaded them together instead of dividing both of them into equal parts and wrapping them as per your video instructed. will certainly try to improve them next time. Thank you
