    Instead of maida if u add cornflour it will give u v crispy & crunchy taste. I personally do this mam.Ofcourse u r an expert mam.

    Mam,neenga use panra pan romba nalla irukku. Paathirathila pithalai paathiram,vengalam,iyam,nu neraya metal irukku.Intha generation la irukkuravangalukku, antha Kala utensils pathiyum atha eppadi use panrathu Ellam theriyave illa. Andha Kala traditional utensils Pathi Detail video podunga pls. Engalukku Ellam useful aa irukkum. Thanks

    நன்றி. பஞ்சியைப் பார்த்தவுடன் நாவில் நீர் ஊறுகிறது. செட்டிநாட்டு சமையல் மிக மிக ருசி. நான் சுத்த சைவம். ஆனால் நான் என் செட்டிநாட்டு நன்பர்கள் இல்லத்திற்க்குச் சென்றால் விரும்பி கேட்கும் உணவு முந்தைய நாள் சமைத்த சுண்டக்காய் மணத்தக்காளி வத்தக்குழம்பு உருளைக்கிழங்கு ரோஸ்ட் சுட்ட அப்பளம. சூடான சாதத்தில் வத்தக்குழம்பு (காரக்குழம்பு) பருப்புடன் கலந்து உண்ண சொர்க்கம்தான். செட்டிநாட்டு மகளிர் கை பக்குவமே தனி பக்குவம்.
