"Phagwa brij dekhan ko" was recorded by "Bhu Gandharwa" Ustad Rehamat Khan long before Ustad Abdul Karim Kham and Pandit Vishwadev Chatterjee. The same Todi bandish was also recorded earlier by Zohra Bai Agrewali; if I can recall correctly, it was sung as Darbari Todi.
