To weeks ago we were in the Lakes travelling north on the same stretch of the M6. We were overtaking a vehicle in lane one near Tebay Services when my husband swore and swerved into lane three. Travelling southbound in our lane was a silver Ford Focus. Thanks to my husband’s quick thinking and fast reactions we avoided a head on collision. I phoned it in on 999. Moments later the M6 was closed in both directions due to a cross over crash involving 3 cars and a vehicle transporter. The driver of the Ford Focus was a man in his 80s. Miraculously no one was killed. Watching your video brought it back instantly, I guess I will always associate that bit of the M6 with those few seconds at 4pm in October 2021.

I have decided that pull down beds are a faf and also don't like the idea of across beds! I don't want to climb over my husband if I need to go to the loo in the night and I don't want to be woken up by him climbing over to get to the loo! I like your van with two single beds and a nice big bathroom at the back!! Adamo ok for a weekend but a pain for any longer!!

I couldn't agree more Jacki! We are in the process of changing our motorhome for one with fixed single beds at the back which can convert to a king size double if required & still under 7m in length!

Bob that travel seat looks both ingenious but also a bit of a faff. Cushions everywhere! Should maybe one of the armrests be transformed into a headrest? Needed something to support the head. Enjoyed the colours of the trees en route.

Our van has similar travel seats (elddis 285) but it’s just the 2 of us with our dogs so I took them out as they weigh 25kg each and it gives us more storage space and an additional 50kg of storage. Another great video and what great weather you’re having.

As a Subscriber and a PGA Golf Pro , i would be happy to help you get back into the great game of Golf . Only problem you will have to come to Australia for your lessons 😂😂living in Southport , you really should , Golf for the gods at Birkdale Hillside etc. 👍🏻👍🏻

Troutbeck head was the first campsite I ever stayed at when I got my campervan. Loved it. Hope you enjoyed your stay Bob. Is that motorhome on loan Bob or is it your new ride? Have I missed something?
