    Day 26 :- Badiya book hai yaar. Bas Kam karte jaana Hain, kyu ki agar humari direction sahi hai to , vo Kam me humari productivity dheere dheere badhti jayegi and sooner or later we will achieve it. Aur obviously , kisi mahan insaan ne kaha bhi tha na , ki jisko sabhi cheej aasani se mil jaati hai usko kadar nahi hoti hai. Kadar usiko hoti hai , jisne bahut mehnat se sabhi chijo ko banaya ho. So literally, untill last three months mein bhi nahi karta tha kisi bhi chij ko follow , but I am changing by following good things day by day. And good habits also get compounded , kyu ki jab mein khudko dekhta hai , from 3 months back Shubham, I feel myself blessed ki haa Maine late suru Kiya but aakhir kiya to sahi. After the heart break, I decided to move on but hard tha , isiliye start to Kiya tha , but ab lag raha hai ki accha hi hua ki dil toot gaya , jis wajah se Kam se Kam ab to dimaag me tubelight jali khudpe Kam karne ke liye. Thanks for the summary and I am share my experiences and opinions after watching your videos and not just typing key topic names, bcoz I am liking to type this feeling right after watching your book summary video 😅😊

    Day 26-Discipline is destiny 1-self discipline leads to greatness -do hardwork,have consistency and do sacrifice for right discipline -in difficult times adopy courage,temperance,justice and wisdom -maintain discipline with determination and consistency 2-self discipline gives you freedom -freedom relates to satisfactipn about work,life and job -do work hard,practice good habits,face challenges and keep balance in everything -without self control things and situations will lead to destruction 3-control your body before it controls you -train yourself to be physically fit for fit and calm mind -play outdoor sports as exercise -do uncomfortable things for coming out from comfort zone -sleep early to have sound enough sleep and for 7-8hours of sleep -do meditation and exercise in early morning 4-build your physical self discipline to calm the mind -keep calm and carry on -train your mind to keep balance -dont get defeated by anger and fear -just do your best, and start focusing on things that you can control -dont be a perfectionist else you will self guilt 5-to achieve greatness you must align your body,mind and soul -take small steps and start discipline -train your mind to balance betweeb body,mind and soul -always inspire,love,support youself to move forward in dufficult times and carry on with discipline as discipline is destiny. -have patience and discipline builds your willpower Thanks....

    Day 3 सबसे पहले तो Thank You so much amit sir ❤😊 for this amazing book summary. आप हमेशा हमलोगो के लिए इतनी मेहनत करते हो। गीता में लिखा है की जो इंसान अपने मन को कंट्रोल कर लेता है वही परमपुरुष कहलाता है, और परमपुरुष के लिए दुनिया का कोई भी काम मुश्किल नहीं होता उसे हर कदम पर सफलता मिलती है, इसलिए अपने मन को समय रहते कंट्रोल कर लेना चाहिए वरना ये मन हमे कंट्रोल कर लेगा और हमे बर्बाद कर देगा, science ने भी ये prove किया है की जब हम किसी different और मुश्किल काम को करते है तब हमारा दिमाग नए नए न्यूरॉन क्रिएट करता है जिस वजह से हम mentally काफी strong हो जाते है और हमारे लिए किसी भी टारगेट को पूरा करना आसान होता है, लेकिन इसके लिए हमारी physical body भी फिट होनी चाहिए क्योंकि अगर बॉडी fit नही होगी तो हम कोई न कोई बहाना बनकर उस काम को टालते रहेंगे, इसलिए daily excercise करनी भी काफी जरूरी है, कभी कभी तो हमारी मेहनत काफी अच्छी होते हुए भी bad luck के कारण हमे सफलता नहीं मिलती इसलिए हमे थोड़ा spiritual भी होना काफी जरूरी है for example daily affirmation practice करना meditation करना अपने भगवान जिनपर हमे विश्वास है उनसे जुड़े रहना e.t.c, overall self descipline can make you a perfect and successful man. अंत में यही कहूंगा thank you so much amit sir love you so much❤😊

    *_Day 3_* *Self discipline is one of the stair of success. See without self discipline no one could do anything. Most of the people who are successful have done hard work & hard work can't be done by self discipline. We only do those things which give us pleasure but there is need to do hard things to archive something which can't be done by self discipline. For ex - while I am reading book I need self discipline to avoid distractions. Those who overcome distractions control themselves. As Someone has said "Hard work + Self Discipline = Success". I can say It's true. I think self discipline is foundation of our future like cement is foundation of a building. Self discipline can't be built by any motivation, it's our thoughts that make our self discipline. I can give an example too - I learnt to do coding in nearly 1 week by learning for 5 - 6 hours without distractions. At that time I was self disciplined. I can say it's all about mind which can make us self disciplined. It can make us focus on things and do hardwork by self confidence.*
