You have perfectly drawn the Khulafa Mosque on the Eastern Bank of the Euphrates. Khulafa Mosque is still preserved in the same location of Baghdad from tenth century.

100%. It was called the rounded baghdad. Built near to the Tigris river to be the capital of Abbasid Caliphate..

Rather loosely accurate. Probably the plan, dimensions and localisations of buildings are correct, but t his model - although it is attractive and pleasant to see - have multiple faults and inconsistencies with abbasid architecture
