"Bambi" in Korean means "night rain" but it also has other meanings. Like in Italian it refers to a hot lady or as in "baby girl". He uses both these meanings of "Bambi" in this song... And yeah, he is perfect!

Other than night rain I think it was supposed to refer to disney's bambi. He had a baby deer plushy in his showcase and he posted a pic of a baby deer toy when he first teased the album on his IG. He also makes references to Peterpan, but I think mainly he's using bambi as an affectionate pet name for the girl.

I thought that it was supposed to be a play on words with "deer" and "dear". Bambi is a deer. He's calling his lover "Bambi" as if he's calling her "dear". Almost like a pun... But of course, we don't know for sure. I guess it could be any one of these things.

So because of this song there's now a pole in my living room.

Baekhyun commented in various interviews that he always dreamed of making a concept like Michael Jackson's Billie Jean. He thinks that time was masterful, unforgettable; he would like to try something like that, but unfortunately the company has not allowed him to do so yet. Baekhyun said that he is about to turn 30, so we shouldn't expect children's lyrics hahaha. Crazy right? We love him He also told us that there are several hidden details in Bambi, so far EXO L has only noticed two: when he says "I have waited for you TinkerBell" it is because the EXO guys are our Peter Pan, like EXO's song. And the other detail is that at the end he says "keep this tempo", since Baek is the main character in the Tempo MV. Baek said that the nights he recorded he was too cold and we can tell by the steam or mist coming out of his mouth; he also said that when he grabbed the irons from the train, he hurt his hands. And regarding the vocals, if you listen to him better even than Candy, it's because he took singing lessons from scratch to deliver everything on Bambi. We love it so much. He said that he tried too hard, that he hopes we will give a lot of love to Bambi and the album. Our genius idol Baekhyun is so cute and considerate of us that he even confessed that for as long as he's gone, two songs will be released. Remember that his dance in "Candy" is also amazing, Baekhyun's duality is so crazy right? Much support for Baek ♥♥♥

When you said that MJ is proud, yes he is. I love that Baekhyun got to finally do a concept that has an influence of the legendary Michael Jackson. The suit & tie, the hat, the glove, some moves, it's all MJ's trademark.

He is art and this was a freakin masterpiece. We all miss exo believe me😫 but now baek and chanyeol are enlisting in the military, and other members are working on solos so I’m not too sure about an exo comeback yet, atleast it wont be all of them together😭

I think once everyone gets there military duties out the way then we’ll for sure get a major comeback with all members but for right now I think it’s best. Love my Bambi Bae and my Exo babies❤️
