I mean, I’ve got 260k miles. It’s doing all sorts of weird stuff but I’m gonna try to fix it once more time cause I just bought these tires 😂

Fixed it with $10-$20. Bought throttle bottle cleaner, a tooth brush and a rag and cleaned inside of the throttle body

These cars are famous for bad ckp sensor & ect sensor failure and vvt exhaust/intake solenoid failure and timing chain guides break..good luck.

Cracked exhaust manifold are common on these at 100k miles.

My Ford Escape 2018 was doing that with check engine light (P2111) removed the throttle body cleaned it and now it works fine.

My mom has a 2006 Chevy cobalt and it’s doing this same thing I’ll be checking out the throttle body

When you push in the throttle than let go, does it almost stall?

Just happened to my 09 malibu yesterday. Ran codes, throttle body needs replacement. Hopefully that will be the fix!
