Like I said you’re not the only one we all want it.

Disney is trying to get their Christmas money, their box-office during the holiday season, because thanks to the WGA/SAG-AFTRA strikes, Avatar 3 from James Cameron have to move to another few months in 2025. That's why, and as for the Sonic 3 movie trailer, it won't b until around, maybe August for Paramount to release it. It's similar to Columbia dropping Spider-Man: No Way Home's first trailer in August 2021 because yea, it was coming out in December.

If they don’t release the trailer during summer game fest it has to be sonic birthday which is on the 23rd of June so 2 options when it could release

They might go for that. Summer game fest always shows their upcoming video movies and shows. Sonic’s birthday could happen on that day will see what they do.
