I have tried it before with A&B gum, And it work parfectly, for like a month and started again,so the best solution is to replace it

I did it on mine i used with polyurethane and let it dry 2 days in the sun .. it was ok but i didn’t use the ac on it .. it lasted 8 months until i did a water pump timing belt and changed it at the same time ... We you are in tight budget you have to improvise 😂

It does hold with jb weld held my buddy's balancer for 10 miles

Put it in drive at idle and stopped and it should start clacking
