DVD’s absence in the recent WWC quarters against Spain hurt the Dutch considerably. She is a world class player who too often takes risks in her tackles. Her 2nd yellow in the South Africa game is a good example. At 32 this might’ve been her last World Cup.

Plus fines and suspensions. I think a Red card comes with suspensions. That McCaskel (? Spelling) is a danger to others and needs more fines for her play.

The ref just needs to march 10 paces closer to the opposing goal and mark the new spot. Every time the player opens their mouth, do it again. Soon her teammates will be correcting her behavior.

MaCaskill .. that isn’t the sign of a bad girl in football, just a bad player who can only compensate for her lack of talent by fouling 🤷🏻‍♂️ Seen it a hundred times when I played and see it now when my daughter plays , the problem with these types is that they are dangerous to the welfare of good players , it’s only a matter of time before they cause a serious injury.. but hey .. it’s the women screaming for inclusion 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s a contact sport but some of these types of tackle can end careers - it looks like some players don’t have either the temperament or skill to play the game at this level. Or maybe they are working to a 1970s coaching manual. Continual sending off might be one Darwinian solution.

До таких ситуаций в матче доводят очень демократичные судьи . Любые нарушения и выходки изначально нужно сурово присекать в зародыше , иначе матч выйдет из под контроля . Для этого есть жолтые и красные карточки И если игроки их заслуживают . Нужно этим пользоваться без раздумий

This video didn't by any means tell the whole truth about all these players. So even though Danielle Van De Donk displays some ugly scythes here, she is generally a fine player that has had a major role in Netherland's successes in women's football. She has played in famous (but totally shitty! ;) ) Arsenal in UK and now plays in the best European team - and maybe best in the whole world - Olympique Lyonnaise. Clubs like that don't hire players that constantly play dirty and that haven't got real talent.
