Hi it was never the case that driving 20kmh below the limit is an offence / is obstructing traffic , the rule you refer to only applies if a driver is doing 25% or less of the limit ie doing 25kmh in a 100kmh zone ,

That's an S series. The S series has many horizontal bars & 5 vertical bars behind them. The R's had a different grille, with 13 vertical & 7 horizontal bars.

That one's an XA GT. It has the vents on the guards behind the front indicators & a single, thick hump running down the centre of the bonnet with small vents. The XB GT has no vents on the guards behind the front indicator & two humps down the bonnet with larger vents.

60 in a 100 zone and in the right lane without any decent reason (ie farm vehicle and even then, right lane is a no) should be a stiff fine and traffic school where your ability to drive at 100 is tested. You are creating a hazard to all around you. To me that qualifies just as much as dangerous driving as speeding does

Perhaps some new 'horn training' should be introduced (along with a course in how to be polite and patient). If a truck way up the road is doing a u turn and because of that u turn you have to take your foot off the accelerator and gently apply some brakes to avoid an unfortunate collision then that's not 'horn time'. If the same truck begins a u turn and in order to avoid a collision you have to slam your brakes on and loudly yell several expletives then that's 'horn time'. Trucks are bigger than you, so cut them a little bit of slack. So many seriously impatient, impolite, inconsiderate drivers on our roads nowadays.
