@@terryduckworth5105 Unless you work yourself to exhaustion, which will have an impact after sleeping the next day, there's no real proof that "going to the gym" actually helps you sleep. Look up any research studies about it and you'll just find inconclusive results. It depends on the person; some people pass out reading while others (like me) would stay for days until they got a headache or passed out due to exhaustion if they were trying to use reading as a sleep aid. Generally speaking, a basic workout is healthy, but going to the gym is a waste of money. You can find everything you need to do a basic regime of callisthenics at home without paying for the rip off gym fees.

For some reason Michael Habicht, James Murphy and Michael McNaught's real names were used but the other three robbers had their names changed. They were actually James Melvin, Patrick Nee and Robert Joyce. As for sentence updates: •James Michael Murphy Jr.: still in prison at age 80. His release date is for 2050 but unless he gets a compassionate release or appeal, he'll die in prison. •Michael Habicht: Released in 2007 after serving 15 years of a 19 year sentence •Michael McNaught: doesn't show up in inmate search, presumably released and sent back to Ireland as he was a supposed member of the IRA and illegally in the country •James Francis Melvin (name changed to Fred Rogan): Released in April 2000 after serving 8 years of a 10.5 year sentence •Robert Emmett Joyce (name changed to Carl Tucker): Released in April 2003 after only 11 years despite getting either 22 or 19 years (sources vary) •Patrick Nee (name changed to Steven Fitzpatrick): Released in April 2000 along with James Melvin after serving 8 years of a 10.5 year sentence I may have found the real name of the late informant called Steve Farrell but cannot confirm. I'm also positive Greg Hicks and Richie Harold were also aliases.

It is the exact same as the town. The town is literally based on Boston armored car robberies and it's based off of anyone doing them and actually it's pretty much like all the things they did in the movie they picked right off of this episode even down to the duck taping the sleeves and pants and timing and the whole entire thing. I believe the town is really based off these guys wow

Dont understand why that guy got 65 years when he seemed to only have a very minor role in the whole thing and he was only pegged in the first robbery AND the people that got 9 and 19 years very likely actually shot someone... kind of completely screwed up

I don't know if you could call these "professional" robberies. If an occupational health and safety officer had seen how they were double handling those bags of cash and not using the correct lifting techniques they would have been shut down after the first job.

In this episode, the FBI routinely left their awfice to capture bandits robbing these armored kaws. I shouldn't really poke fun at them because we NY-ers have a similar intonation. The episode is compelling.

37:00 Why didn't the FBI put their own agents as the guards. What I don't understand is, I've seen guards from armored cars going in and out of businesses. They have carry carrying cases going in and out. Of course that's where the money is. The cases have dye pacts in them. So I would think that robbing armoured cars would be obsolete.
