Korean bacon is like English bacon. Not smoked or cured, just a thick slice of pork belly salted on the grill. The burgers are fattier (sometimes pork) andoften have a 1/4 onions, scallions, and chives mix.

Very well done. Very clean 10/10. Looks great.

What's healthy about it? It's a grill fried bacon cheeseburger. The bun and the cheese are what makes a burger un-healthy. That's still on this burger.
