That was soo satisfying to watch! Reminds me of growing up on the Otis reservoir in Massachusetts, but your landscape is much more beautiful! Almost made me miss the snow!

What a fantastic lifestyle you guys have, love it. Some great scenery and just don`t understand how you have not built a massive community yet. Will do a shout out in my next video and see if I can send one or two over. It seems that pumping out a load of shorts might generate lots of interest, they have to be a decent quality and content with the commitment to make one a day for a few months to build up a community, but look to be working for other channels.

I really appreciate the feedback, Mark -- it warms my heart 🥰 Short form videos have been a contentious topic for me, but I expect you're on point that they would be worth the effort to produce.

@@radarbase I was also reluctant to dive into shorts, but my views have taken a large dive so gave them a go, and they are the only thing keeping my channel going really. Am finding them fun as gradually getting the hang of them, and if organized you can batch them in one session. As I post more shorts, the longer content is starting to get views again, they definitely work.

They are! Cabins in the backwoods are typically left open for any travelers in need, or at least to prevent break-ins. The custom is to take care of the place, and leave it in good condition. This particular cabin is somewhere it's not technically supposed to be built. That said, they brought in the materials, and didn't cut away the forest in making it. I think pretty much every local who knows of it appreciates it's existance. Take care!
