So I guess I'm the only one who thinks Rachel is not as good of a liar as characters make her out to be? She uses this tone - she also uses when performing The Tempest - which normal people don't use in conversations and she overdramatizes the things she is lying about that it doesn't come out believable. I mean, who would believe that Chloe Price, the delinquent that she is skipped school just to keep the Miss Perfect safe? that she told her "she has been on that road"? except, obviously, Principal Wells? Yes she is a great actress, how she improvises scenes in The Tempest and how she continues the show when Nathan says "fuck you" and leaves the stage but she is not a good liar. The things Chloe said were so much more believable even when she fails the backtalk, it just makes it seem like the writers couldn't make Rachel a good liar so they told the players that she is instead of showing that she is.
