I remember watching this on MTV countdown. Ahhh so nostalgic!! I was 13yo back then. Been a fan since their world debut. The best boy band, and 30 years later they’re still together. #memories

Every era of music has songs about sex and drugs. It's been that way since the 1970s possibly even earlier than that. But on the flipside, there are still songs today about winning your love interests heart. A lot of Shawn Mendes songs sound like this.

This song reminds me my school days. 90s are the best.

Kind of cool when you get older and you can understand what the meaning of these songs are from our childhood. A guy can have all the money in a lifetime but does that truly anything?

I think as people get older, they get more appreciation for older music. Not to say that there aren't kids out there that love bands and whatnot from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, etc...but I for one would rather listen to anything from those decades than listen to anything that's popular now. Backstreet Boys were a part of my childhood, so of course their material is going to be nostalgic and I'm going to consider their music some of the best. However in comparison to 'music' today, back when the BSB's were in their prime, they actually sang about love and relationships in a pure and simple way and not in a raunchy nasty way. No offense to anyone who likes a lot of present day songs, but it just seems like a lot of lyrics in similar songs now are a wide array of dirty sexual innuendos. To me, older music just had more heart put into them and more thought. Don't get me wrong, BSB did have some dirty songs (for example, If You Want It to be Good Girl, Get Yourself A Bad Boy), but I feel as though the BSB's music in general just was more classy.
