I think HHH is the best drawing heel of all time when you consider TV and PPV from his reign being Rock's villain until 06's DX. There are so many that were great, though, that I don't think I have a favorite. It kind of depends on who they match with.
Also forgot to mention, I think you should go with plan B or C. I don't think you should be punished for seeing if the contract would get countered. However, I don't think Saturn should be locked with you either.
