I actually noticed upper back backspin form is better recently when trying a shoulder spin, I also usually shut legs too fast making me get less spins, so helpful tweaks! I can already get up to 5 with my mistakes so hopefully I can get closer to 10!!

Yea that’s the secret to backspin that’s why many don’t get it.. so if u want to anal about the name it would be called candle stick spin
