BACKRACK™ Cab Guards require the top of the trucks bed rail above the stake holes for installation. Tonneau Covers occupy the same area. The 40XXX Series lift our Cab Guards up and over the cover. The 50XXX Series allows the cover to slide inside the Adaptor as well as lifting the Cab Guard up and over the cover. See our videos for installation methods.
